Maria A. Sweet

Maria (Anthony) Sweet, 68, died peacefully Wednesday August 29, 2012 at home. She was the wife of the late Robert F. Sweet. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Gertrude (Clarke) Anthony. Mrs. Sweet served in the US Navy. She worked as a pharmacy technician for many years before retiring and enjoyed playing the piano. She was the loving mother of Ellen and Robert Sweet, Kathleen Schmitt, David, Patrick, Andrew and the late Henry Sweet and loving grandmother of seven. Funeral Service will be private. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Visiting hours Sunday 4-7 PM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield.
