Marguerite Ellen Finn

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marguerite (Belden) Finn who left us on August 2, 2024 at the age of 81. She passed away in the comfort of her home in Charlestown, RI surrounded by the love of her family.

Marge was born on March 10, 1943 to the late Ellen (Damiano) and Walter Belden. She was raised in Plainville, CT and graduated from her beloved alma mater, Plainville High School in 1961.

Marge leaves behind her loving husband of 46 years, Arnie Finn, her children, David (Stacie) Tessman, Denise (Peter) Martin, her precious and most adored grandchildren, Lexi, James, Steven (Tessman), Paul and Sean (Martin), her sister Lucille (Belden) Loren, along with her nephew Michael (Mary Ellen) Hamilton and his family Michael J, Margaux, Mark and Max. Also, her best friend from childhood, Anne (Baxter) Bailey. She also leaves her loving in-laws Trudy (Finn) and Oscar Yagoobian and nephew Bryan (Kirsten) Yagoobian (Ben & Julia) as well as many other cherished in-laws, family and friends.

We will truly miss Marge and were blessed to have been touched by her love and generous spirit. We will always love her to the moon and back.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 19th at 12:30 pm in St. Andrews Lutheran Church, 15 E Beach Road, Charlestown, RI 02813. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating in Marge’s name to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
