Margaret M. Tefft, 68, of West Kingston, died Wednesday at home. She was the beloved wife of Owen L. Tefft. Born in South Kingstown, she was a daughter of the late Chief of Police, Walter and Theresa McNulty. Mrs. Tefft was employed at the Richmond School and was a member of the Curtis Corner Baptist Church. She will be remembered as being a loving and caring wife and mother. Surviving besides her husband are six children, Michael Tefft of Richmond, Louise Ann Landry of South Kingstown, Owen Lee Tefft of Westerly, Brenda Lee Langlais of Snug Harbor, Chris Tefft of Hammond, IN, Paula Diamond of Hopkinton, four brothers, Joseph McNulty of North Kingstown, Jerry McNulty of Tennessee, Donald McNulty of Woodbridge, VA, James McNulty of Wakefield, a sister, Marilyn Hamilton of Florida, fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A Funeral service will be held Monday, December 22nd in the Curtis Corner Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiitng hours are at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, Sunday 3-5 PM.
