Margaret Candide Flynn

Margaret C. Flynn (Lebeau), “Peggy”, 87, of Westerly, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2022. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late George and Margaret M. (Fortin) Lebeau.

Margaret was a Psych Nurse working at Butler Hospital for many years before retiring. She was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels; loved creating stained glass pieces; making quilts and various baskets.

She is survived by her children, Timothy, Michael, Margaret, Mary Flynn all of North Kingstown, Matthew Flynn of MA, James Flynn of CA and Kristina Flynn of Westerly; Grandchildren, Tyler, Rebecca, Robert, Benjamin, Shannon, Erin and Kevin; Great-Grandchildren, Mckenzie and Kevin, Jr. and two sisters, Jean Holmes of East Greenwich and Kate Bolster of Cranston. She was the sister of the late Ann Duffy.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, 5-7 pm, in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Beacon Hospice Care, 1130 Ten Rod Rd., Ste. A205, North Kingstown, RI 02852.
