M. Cody Fahey, D.D.S.

M. Cody Fahey D.D.S.,66, passed away Friday January 27, 2012. He was the loving husband of Barbara (Tarzwell) Fahey. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Michael J. and Catherine A. (Garvey) Fahey. Cody graduated from Providence College in 1967 and Georgetown Dental School in 1971. He opened and has operated his dental practice in Wakefield since 1971. Cody enjoyed golfing, tennis, traveling and gardening. He was a member of the Wakefield Rotary Club and The Dunes Club. He was a caring and gentle man. Besides his wife he leaves a brother in law Thomas Tarzwell and his wife Gayle of Wakefield and nieces, Amanda and Allison Tarzwell. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday February 1, 2012 from 4-7 PM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. His funeral service and burial will be private.
