Luis M. Albergaria

Luis M. Albergaria, 70, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017. He was the husband of the late Lucille (Peloquin) Albergaria. Born in Sao Miguel, Portugal, he was the son of the late Jacinto and Hortencia (Ferraz) Albergaria. Mr. Albergaria worked for Coca-Cola for 45 years retiring as district manager two years ago. Luis was one of the founders of the SC Jaycees Soccer League, now known as SC Youth Soccer where he coached close to 20 years. His biggest enjoyment was spending time with his family. He leaves his sons and their wives, Alan and Nicole, Mark and Lori, Michael and Shelley; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Francis Church, 114 High St., Wakefield. Visiting hours Sunday 4-7 p.m. in Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
