Lucille Ellen Fairbanks

Lucille "Lucy" Ellen Fairbanks (Lemieux), 77, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2019, in Punta Gorda, FL. She was the wife of the late Thomas F. Fairbanks. Born in Providence, the daughter of the late Adrien and Evelyn (Handy) Lemieux. Lucille was bartender for many years before retiring. She is survived by her children, David Lemieux of Florida, Diana Gardner-Farrell and her husband Patrick of Charlestown, Delores Jones and her husband Timothy Fort Smith, AR and G. Morgan Garrett, Jr. of Wakefield; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Arthur Lemieux and Delores Daniels. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2019, 10-11 am, with a funeral service at 11 am in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Burial will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
