Louise E. Pearce

Louise (Eccleston) Pearce, 89, of Edgewater Rd., died Thursday. She was the wife of the late James B. Pearce. Born in South Kingstown, she was the daughter of the late George E. and Harriet (Stedman) Eccleston. Mrs. Pearce was a baker at Almacs for many years before retiring. She is survived by her daughters, Jane Mahoney of St. Augustine, FL, Nancy Torres of Jacksonville, FL and Priscilla Champlin of Narragansett; a sister, Marion Cooke of Wakefield; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Harriet Buck, Lilla Reasor and Elsie White and grandmother of the late Katie Champlin and Jamie Torres. The funeral will be Monday at 10:00 AM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Burial will be in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. No Visiting Hours.
