Louise (Faella) Chappell

Louise (Faella) Chappell, 96, of Richmond, passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. She was the wife of Robert W. Chappell for 68 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Gaetano and Pasqualina (Stefano) Faella. Mrs. Chappell loved spending time with her family, traveling, and cooking. Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, David P. Chappell and his wife Michela of Richmond, Eugene Chappell of Boston, and Sandra Fox of New Hampshire; her grandchildren, Haley Chappell and her husband Kelse Merrill of Richmond and John Chappell of Coventry; a great-granddaughter, Evelynn Chappell; her siblings, Tony Faella of Wakefield, Anna Perry of Florida, and Grace Yemma of Wakefield. She was predeceased by her siblings, Sue Carlisle, Jack Faella, Ann Caswell, Marie Baton, Connie Nicito, and Silvio Faella. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 10am in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High Street, Wakefield. Burial will follow in New Fernwood Cemetery Kingston.
