Louisa C. Whitford

Louisa (Cashman) Whitford, 99, of Matunuck Schoolhouse Rd., Wakefield, died Monday July 2, 2012 at South County Hospital, Wakefield. She was the wife of Lloyd T. Whitford for sixty-eight years. Born in South Kingstown, she was the daughter of the late Charles T. and Caroline L. (Zinn) Cashman. Mrs. Whitford was an active and lifelong member of the Perryville Bible Church. Besides her husband she leaves a son, John Whitford and his wife Lucy of Matunuck; a daughter, Carolyn Patty and her husband William of Brooksville, FL; grandchildren, Amy Darnell and her husband Brian, Jena, Seth and Levi Whitford and a great grandson Levi Darnell. The funeral will be held Friday July 6th at 10 AM in Perryville Bible Church, 220 Moonstone Beach Rd., Perryville. Burial will be in Perryville Cemetery. Visiting hours Thursday July 5th 5-7 PM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Gideon’s International P.O.
