Louis Anthony Tony Rohrer

Louis Anthony “Tony” Rohrer, 68, of Tuckertown Rd., passed away Sunday, November 9, 2014 at South County Hospital. He was the husband of Martha (Steadman) Rohrer for 49 years. Born in Mayfield, KY, he was the son of the late Carlos and Ruby (Burnham) Rohrer. Tony was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the US Navy. He was co-owner of Steadman’s Campground, owner of Rite-Way Auto Service and a truck driver for Wakefield Oil and Marchetti Construction before retiring. He was the father of Daniel Rohrer and his wife Millie of Celebration, FL, Brian Rohrer of Wakefield, Curtis Rohrer of Warwick and the late Bradley Rohrer; brother of Billie Jean Moore of IL and Patricia Reddy of ID; grandfather of Fred, Nicole, James, Steffany,Jeremy,Katie,Melanie and Valerie; great grandfather of Zoey. Visiting hours will be Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Burial will be in New Fernwood Cemetery, Kingston.
