Loretta E. Haigh

Loretta E. Haigh, 96, of Narragansett and recently of Flagler Beach, FL, passed away on October 23rd. She was the wife of the late John D. Haigh. She was born in Peace Dale on May 2, 1921 and was a daughter of the late Antonio and Antoinetta DeSista. Mrs. Haigh was employed for 28 years at the former New England Telephone Company. She is survived by a son, Edward “John” Browning of Flagler Beach, FL; a stepson Jonathan Haigh of Oneonta, NY; a stepdaughter Cynthia Sargent of Yarmouth, ME; five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Louise Marzilli, Josephine Italino, Melina DeSalvo, James, Americo, and Frank DeSista. A graveside service will be held at 11 am Saturday November 4th in St. Francis Cemetery, Peace Dale. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
