Lois M. Owens

Lois M. Owens, 90, of Perryville, passed away Monday April 7, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond Owens. Born in South Kingstown, She was the daughter of the late John T. and Mary (Drury) Whitford. Mrs. Owens worked as a former bookkeeper for the Wakefield Trust Company and a home health aide for Community Homemaker Services before retiring. She was a member of the Perryville Bible Church and enjoyed reading and needlework. She leaves her daughter Susan Hazard and her husband Dallas of Charlestown; brother Lloyd Whitford of Perryville and granddaughters, Danielle Nelle and Krystal Seekell. The funeral will be held Thursday, April 10, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Perryville Bible Church, 220 Moonstone Beach Rd., Perryville. Burial will be in Perryville Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to the Perryville Bible Church.
