Linda E. Puckett

Linda E. Puckett, 72, died Monday, July 31, at South County Hospital in the presence of her loving family. The daughter of the late Earl and Hazel Doyle. Linda graduated from South Kingstown High School and went on to obtain her bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Whales University. Linda was an avid horse enthusiast and worked as a teacher’s aide at Matunuck Elementary School for over 25 years. She leaves behind her husband of 50 years Ken, her two sons Kip and Scott and daughter in law Melissa. She also leaves her two loving grandchildren Jack and Sage Puckett as well as her brother Barry Doyle and his wife Barbara of North Kingstown. Visiting hours will be held Saturday, August 5, from 11 to 2pm with a service following at 2pm.
