Linda Gilmette

Linda Gilmette, 82, passed away on Thursday, August 7th, 2025, at Bayview Rehabilitation at Scalabrini. She was the daughter of the late Mathew and Margaret (Messier) Gilmette.

Linda was a Real Estate Broker for Yorktown Associates, before starting a successful cleaning business. Linda loved spending time with her family and animals. She enjoyed outdoor adventures, such as hiking in the mountains, spending time at the beach and kayaking.

She is survived by her two daughters, Diane Normandin and Kristen Normandin, a grandson, Justin Morris, a great grandson, Daemon Motosumoto, a brother, Peter Gilmette, a sister-in-law, Nancy Gilmette, and a nephew Matthew Gilmette. She was the mother of the late James E. Normandin.

Services for Linda will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
