Linda L. Fry, 79, of Wakefield, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 12, 2026 at the Respiratory and Rehabilitation Center of Rhode Island. She was the wife of the late Orrin Fry. Born and raised in South Kingstown, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Edith (Nichols) Cook.

Linda worked for many years as a school bus monitor and as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She also worked at Harbor Shellfish. She was a dedicated worker who took pride in her work throughout her life.

She is survived by her children, Joseph Cook and Paula Fry, daughter in law, April Noka, two grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by two brothers.

Services for Linda will be private.
