Lillie Frances DiSalvo, 95, of Victory St., Wakefield, passed away Friday, March 31, 2017 at home. She was the wife of the late Albert P. DiSalvo. Born in South Kingstown, she was the daughter of the late Amando and Lauretta (Lepore) Pisani. Lillie was a beautician and owned her own shop since 1946, retiring at the age of 85. She was a member of New Life Assembly in Wakefield and a volunteer at their food pantry as well as a volunteer at South County Hospital. Lillie enjoyed line dancing until the age of 90. She showed a never ending dedication and faithfulness to her family. She leaves her son and daughter in law, John and Johanne DiSalvo of Richmond. She was the loving grandmother of Anndria, Daniel, Jason, Brad, Michael, Amy and the late Jessica DiSalvo and great grandmother to eight. A celebration of her life will be Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at New Life Assembly 251 Post Rd, South Kingstown. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Peace Dale.
