Lena C. Pearce

Lena C. Pearce, 97, of Johnny Cake Trail, Wakefield, died Sunday at home. She was the wife of the late E. Joseph Pearce. Born in Vergennes, Vermont, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Anna Germain. Mrs. Pearce restored and refinished antiques for many years and enjoyed sewing and quilting. She was the mother of W. Joseph Pearce of Wakefield, Michael Pearce of New York, Patricia Keating of Wakefield, and the late Janet Simmons, who died Monday June 2, 2008. She also leaves ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. A Graveside service will be 11:30 AM Thursday in New Fernwood Cemetery, Rt. 138, Kingston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
