Lemar W. Brown

LeMar W. Brown, 84, of Wakefield, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2015. He was the husband of the late Zena S. (DeBeausset) Brown. Born in New Rochelle, NY, he was the son of the late LeMar R. and Anna M. (Pidgeon) Brown. Mr. Brown was an installation and construction technician for HVAC refrigeration contractors for 35 years before retiring in 1992 and was a Korean War Coast Guard Veteran. He is survived by his son, LeMar S. Brown of Portsmouth, RI; his daughter, Kimberly Ann Dingle, DVM of Littlestown, PA and his granddaughter, Mary Elizabeth Dingle. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, March 2, 2015, at 8 am in St. Romauld’ s Chapel, Atlantic Ave., Matunuck. Burial with military honors will follow in R.I. Veterans Cemetery. Visiting hours Sunday 4-6 pm.
