Laura Jean (Karpinol) Lord, 76, of Narragansett, Rhode Island, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at her residence surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of William C. Lord, with whom they shared 55 years together.

Born on June 11, 1949, in New York City, New York, she was the daughter of the late John and Caroline (Allis) Karpinol.

A graduate of Indiana University, Laura majored in Russian Language and International Business. Laura worked for more than 40 years as a professional, managing Middletown Chiropractic Health Center in Middletown, Rhode Island.

A devoted and loving wife and mother, Laura is survived by her husband William C. Lord; her son William R. Lord; her daughter-in-law Lisa E. Millner-Lord; her two grandsons, Will S. Lord and Spencer D. Lord.
