Laura Edith Cahoone

Laura E. (Lapham) Cahoone passed away Wednesday June 17, 2020 at home. As a teenager she started working in a factory making jewelry by the bay. After meeting her husband, Herbert, they worked together fishing for clams. This was nothing new for her as her father did just the same. Later, they had three children and Laura dedicated her life to raising her children and playing a large role as a grandmother. She was the wife of the late Herbert G. Cahoone, Sr., mother of Herbert G. Cahoone, Jr., Erin A. Messineo and her husband, Steven, and Ellen A. Cahoone; grandmother of Kayla Brown, Keegan Messineo, and Beth Cahoone as well as the great-grandmother of Skye Amani Brown and Ryver Tatum Brown.
