Keith E. Boisvert, 56, of West Warwick, and formerly of South Kingstown, died Thursday. Born in South Kingstown, he was a son of the late Joseph A. and Belva (Slone) Boisvert. Mr. Boisvert was a painter for several painting companies and he was a former volunteer fireman for the Union Fire District in Peace Dale. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and is a member of the American Legion Post 2 in West Warwick and he is a Disabled American Veteran. Mr. Boisvert loved the ocean and going to Goddard Park and Oakland Beach. He is survived by five children, Keith Boisvert, Jr. of West Warwick, Neal Boisvert of Shannock, John Boisvert of Middletown, Scott Cronin of Warwick and Leah Gardiner of West Warwick; two grandchildren; four sisters, Betty Ann McMaster of Clearwater, FL, Joanne Biggin of West Warwick, Sue Ann Carvalho of Clearwater, FL, and Gloria Hay of Narragansett. He was the brother of the late Bonnie Boisvert, Joseph Boisvert and Tommy Boisvert. A celebration of his life will be Saturday, April 10, from 10 to 5 at the American Legion Post # 2, 2 Legion Way, West Warwick. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
