Kathryn M. Beaudreau

Kathryn M. Beaudreau (Turano), 85, of Wakefield, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2016. She was the wife of the late Robert R. Beaudreau. Born in Westerly, a daughter of the late Charles P. Turano, Sr. and Nellie (Altimano) Turano. Mrs. Beaudreau was a secretary for the University of Rhode Island for many years before retiring. She was a past president of R.I.C.A.N. of Carolina; a communicant and choir member of St. Francis of Assisi Church and a South County Hospital Volunteer. She is survived by her children, Robert G. Beaudreau and his wife Christine of Winston, GA, Suzanne Velez and her husband Al of Charlestown, Barbette L. Cullen and her husband Michael of Wakefield and Deanna Anderson and her husband John of Charlestown; a brother, Charles P. Turano, Jr. of FL; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, December 10, 2016, at 10 am in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High St., Wakefield. Burial will be private. Visiting hours Friday 4-7 PM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to R.I.C.A.N., P.O.
