JUAN DOUGLAS HAZARD

April 22, 1972 - January 15, 2024

JUAN D. HAZARD, 51 of North Kingstown passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024 at the Kent County Hospital, surrounded by his family. Juan was born in Providence on April 22, 1972 to his late parents Robert N. Hazard, Sr. and Wanda (Walmsley) Hazard.

Juan is survived by his sons; Aaron and Kyle and his daughters; Tyra, Mariah, and Sophia. In addition to his children, Juan is survived by his grandchildren: Alaia Hazard, Kyle Jr., Kion, Kya'Lee and Kyrel Moreino and his brothers: Robert N. Hazard, Jr. (wife Shannon), Christopher S. Hazard, Sr., and Lauliston Robinson. Juan also leaves behind his nieces and nephews and many family members.

While Juan left us too soon, the impact he had on his family will be felt. Juan's greatest joy was spending time with his children, grandchildren, brothers, nieces and nephews; his memory is honored and will be carried on through his family whom he loved very much. Juan will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Juan was also a member of the Narragansett Indian Tribe.

A Celebration of Life is being planned with details to be announced by the family at a later date.
