Joyce E. Haynes

Joyce Ellen Haynes, 55, of Narragansett, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2014. Born in South Kingstown, she was the daughter of the late Andrew H. and Edna J. (Nicoll) Whitman. Joyce worked as a concierge for Brightview Commons for seven years. She previously worked at South County Hospital for several years. Joyce enjoyed walking the Narragansett beach and spending time with her family. She was the loving mother of Matthew Haynes and his wife Rachel, Andrew Haynes, and Nicholas Haynes; loving grandmother of Whitman, Oliver and Crosby Haynes; beloved sister of Betty Ann Janietto, Carol Whitman, Jane Colombo and Peter Whitman and loving girlfriend of Mark Bottinelli. A memorial service will be celebrated Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the First Baptist Church of Narragansett, 305 Kingstown Rd., Narragansett. Visiting hours Friday, March 14, 2014 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield.
