Joyce Faella

Joyce Faella, 81, of South County Trail, Charlestown, formerly of Winchester Dr., Wakefield, died Thursday. She was the wife of the late Vincenzo “Jack” Faella. Born in Warrington, England, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Sarah (Talbot) Holbrook. Mrs. Faella worked in housekeeping at U.R.I. for twenty-five years before retiring. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, knitting and bingo. She leaves three daughters, Donna and her husband James Barker of Charlotte, NC, Jana and her husband Howard Ormsby of Hudson, WI and Kyle and her husband Steven Matteson of Charlestown; grandchildren, Kelli and her husband Barry Holland, Jennifer and her husband Matthew Bliss, Ryan and his wife Stephanie Barker, Joshua, Kaila and Jacob Matteson, Rachel and her husband Albert Borden, Chelsea Defeo and seven great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Keith Faella. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours Monday 4-7 PM in the AVERY-STORTI Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield.
