Jonathan J. Laurie

Jonathan J. Laurie, 32, of South Kingstown, passed away unexpectedly Monday, April 29, 2013 at home. Born in South Kingstown, he was the loving son of Bonnie Jean (Laurie) Gardiner and her husband John I.; half sister of Casey Lynn Gardiner and best friend of Karyn Anne Eddy. Jonathan was a 2000 graduate of South Kingstown High School. He formerly worked as a manager for Greggs Restaurant and a group home in Johnston. He enjoyed singing, laughing, recording movies and spending time with his family and friends. A celebration of his life will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield. Burial will be in New Fernwood Cemetery, Kingston.
