Johnathan C. Kimball, 33, of Richmond, died unexpectedly Monday. He was the husband of Jolene (LaBonte) Kimball. Born in Westerly he was a son of Steven Kimball of Wakefield and Janet (Lamb) Roderick of Narragansett. Mr. Kimball was a commercial fisherman out of Pt. Judith, and he enjoyed boating, skeet shooting and recreational fishing. He will be remembered as a very caring person and would have done anything for anyone. Besides his wife and parents, he is survived by his step father, Michael Roderick of Narragansett; a brother Matthew Kimball and his wife Cheylsea and their children Cadence Kimball and Brennen Kimball of Richmond; and a step grandmother, Lucia Kimball; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral service will be 10:30 am Saturday at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield. Visiting hours are Friday 5-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the RI Cystic Fibrosis Center at Hasbro Children’s Hospital, 593 Eddy Street, Providence, RI 02903.
