John T. Warner

John T. Warner, 56, of Wakefield passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2014. Born in South Kingstown, he was the son of the late Robert A. & Beatrice A. (Houde) Warner. John worked at O’Neil’s Package Store and Johnson Brothers of RI. He also loved gardening and his dog Diamond. He is survived by six brothers, Robert Warner, Jr. of South Kingstown, Joseph Warner of Peace Dale, Paul Warner of Narragansett, Michael Warner of South Kingstown, Peter Warner of Charlestown and Stephen Warner of California; six sisters, Sandra Opal of Lebanon, CT, Theresa Pelletier of Westerly, Ann Sherman of Florida, Mary DePietro of South Kingstown, Judy Lawhorne of Exeter and Regina Holland of North Kingstown and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Elaine Warner. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, October 17, 2014, at 10 AM in St. Veronica Chapel, 1035 Boston Neck Rd., Narragansett. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery. Visiting hours Thursday, 5-7 pm. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Welcome House, 8 North Rd., Wakefield, RI 02879.
