Joan Gilbert

Joan Gilbert, 70, of South Kingstown, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 30th . She was the beloved daughter of the late Roland and Ruth Gilbert. Joan loved to study books about cats and tropical fish, making frequent visits to the library. She also loved to study plants and flowers on her long walks. Joan was a long-time member of Kingston Congregational Church. She’ll be missed by many of her wonderful friends at Perspectives Group Home. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 9th at 11 am in New Fernwood Cemetery, South Kingstown.
