Jesse J. Townsend

Jesse was one half of The Tactical Twins YouTube channel along with his identical twin brother Coty. He loved and enjoyed many things like being an avid supporter of the 2A, Competition Shooting, dirt bike riding, his time in the garage, his time with his family and his time going to the gym, as well as listening to music.

He had a heart of gold and was loved dearly by all who knew him. Jesse was a hardworking young man with big dreams. His career began at 15 years old at J. Lemme Well and Water Systems of Coventry RI. He had a goal to one day own his own well company with his twin and his sister Kelsi by his side.

Jesse will be missed by many but most of all by his loving parents Layne (Brown) and John Townsend of Foster, RI, his identical twin brother Coty Townsend of Foster, RI, his sister Kayli Piez of Warwick, RI, his sister Kelsi Piez of Richmond, RI, and his brother Bradford Townsend of Johnston, RI; along with Gary Dinnage of Plainville, MA and Christina Dinnage of Johnston, RI, Ray Turgeon of Warwick, RI, Corey Caddick of Richmond, RI and Isabella DeTomasis of East Greenwich, RI.

He will be greatly missed by loving grandparents, Paula Brown (DeSalvo) and the late Wayne Brown of Hopkinton, RI, George Townsend of Warwick, RI, as well as his great uncle, who he thought of as a grandfather, Francis Townsend of Coventry, RI ; his  aunts and uncles, Leah and John Grillo of Ashaway, RI, Lana Brown and Nathaniel Speare of Irmo, SC, and Tim, Santana Townsend of Palm Bay, FL and the late Lisa (Brown) Allbee; god parents, Jim and Lisa Mulcahey of Richmond, RI and Melissa Taylor of Wakefield, RI; his many cousins and even more friends.

And his dog Moose, who will be lost without him.

Visiting hours will be Friday, February 7. 2025 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. A prayer service for Jesse will be at 7:00 pm.
