Jeffrey C. Alves

Jeffrey Alves, 56, passed away after a long battle with liver disease on Thursday, April 18, 2024. He was born on September 13, 1967 to Joseph and Madeline Alves in Chicago, Illinois. He moved to Rhode Island as a child and has stayed in the area ever since. Jeffrey was predeceased by his mother Madeline and his brother James. He is survived by his father Joseph, his brother Joseph, his son Jeffrey, and his nieces Julie and Jennifer.

Jeffrey was a graduate of Narragansett High School and the University of Rhode Island. He went on to work for Collette Vacations as the head of the sales department. Jeffrey's hobbies included spending time with family and friends and watching any of the Boston sports teams play.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, May 3, 2024 at 11:00 AM in St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, 864 Pt. Judith Rd., Narragansett. Burial will be private. Visiting hours will be Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield.
