Jeanne E. Masci

Jeanne E. Masci, 60, of Sea View Avenue, Wakefield, RI, died Wednesday at home. She was the wife of Peter J. Masci. Born in Middletown, NY, she was a daughter of Francis and Kathleen (Imholtz) Edwards of Middletown, NY. Mrs. Masci was a certified teacher who worked in various positions in early childhood development. She is survived by a son and his wife, Peter J. Jr. and Jennifer (Coffey) Masci, of Franklin, MA, a daughter Jessica K. Masci of Wakefield MA, a grandson, Peter J. Masci, III, a brother, Thomas Edwards of Apex, NC, two sisters, June Voegelin of Walden, NY and Carol Bianchi of Westbrookville, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High Street, Wakefield. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Peace Dale. Visiting hours are at the AVERY-STORTI Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, Friday 6-8 PM.
