Jean W. Hall

Jean W. Hall, 83, of Ninigret Rd. Narragansett, died Friday. She was former wife of the late John R. Hall. Born in Springfield, MA, she was the daughter of the late Ralph R. and Dorothy V. (Goodinson) Turner. Mrs. Hall was a secretary for Brown & Sharpe and a saleswoman at various retail stores in RI for many years before retiring. She enjoyed bowling, gardening and the beach, but most of all spending time with her family. Jean will always be remembered for her outgoing personality and her kind and caring way. She was the loving mother of Wendy L. McCaffrey of Narragansett, Patricia Andresino of Milton, MA, Cynthia Jean Hall of Richmond and the late John R. Hall Jr.; grandmother to seven grandchildren, Kati, Billy, Jessie, Jaimee, Cassidy, Jack and Joe, whom she adored; sister of Ralph Turner in AZ, Richard Turner in TN, Daniel Turner in NY and the late Marilyn Bannister. Visiting hours will be held Thursday 10:00 AM to Noon, followed by a funeral service at Noon in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield.
