Janet B. Quinn

Janet B. Quinn, “Nana” 102, of South Kingstown formerly of North Providence, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016. She was the wife of the late Walter M. Quinn and companion to the late Milton Pike. Born in Central Falls, daughter of the late Joseph L. and Josephine (Fortier) Richard. Janet enjoyed knitting, traveling, and playing bocce and bingo. She is survived by her children Patricia Magnone of Greenville, RI, Janet H. Lewis of Hope Valley, RI, and Walter M. Quinn of Tiverton, RI; siblings Albert Richard and Lillian Gaudette; grandmother to 17, great grandmother to 33 and great great grandmother to 6; mother to the late Charles L. and Robert W. Quinn, and sister to the late Aime, Leo, Raymond, Arthur, Wilfred Richard, and Rose Wright. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, December 27 from 9:00-10:30 am in Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St, Wakefield, RI, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High Street, Wakefield, burial to follow in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Johnston.
