James Patton

James G. Patton, Jr., 71, of West Warwick, passed away Wednesday. Born in South Kingstown, he was a son of the late James G. and Margie (Biddy) Patton. He enjoyed flowers, gardening, and collecting rocks. He is survived by two children Tasha Patton of West Warwick and Billy Patton of Narragansett; five grandchildren Lakeisha, Breyshona, Justice, Cole, and Greyson; two great-grandchildren Jaedyn and Rosalyn; and seven siblings, Carolyn Touchette of Wakefield, Thomas Patton of Providence, William Patton of Elizabethtown, PA, Margie Cornwall of Narragansett, Daniel Patton of West Warwick, Gail Safford of Charlestown, and Ronald Patton of Englewood, FL; as well many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visiting hours will be at the Perryville Bible Church, 220 Moonstone Beach Road, Wakefield, Monday, October 5th from 10- 11 am, followed by a service at 11 am. A reception will immediately follow in the church hall. Burial will be private.
