James R. Laurie

N James R. Laurie, 51, of Pt. Judith Rd. Narragansett, died Thursday. Born in South Kingstown, he was the son of Peter G. Laurie Jr. of Narragansett and the late Eleanor E. (White) Laurie. Mr. Laurie worked at APC for several years. He enjoyed raising tropical show fish. He was the brother of Peter Laurie III and Joseph Laurie both of Narragansett and the late David Laurie. He also leaves several nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday 9 am to 10 am followed by a funeral service at 10 am in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St. Wakefield. Burial will be in the Smith Family Cemetery, Hope Valley.
