James Louis Gould

James Louis Gould, 59, of Kingston, passed away Friday, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Christine A. (Wright) Gould. Born in South Kingstown, he was a son of the late Arthur and Shirley (Gilbert) Gould. Mr. Gould had been employed at Kenyon Industries and before that he was a commercial fisherman for many years. Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, Eric Gould of Kingston and Jacob Gould of Exeter; a brother Jay Gould of Wakefield; and three sisters, Helen Kay of West Virginia, Barbara Kenyon of Florida, and Gail Tucker of North Kingstown. Visiting hours will be at the Avery Storti Funeral Home Friday from 10-11:30 am followed by a funeral service at 11:30 am. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers and to assist with medical expenses, memorial donations may be made to the Jimmy Gould Memorial Fund, at any Washington Trust Company Bank branch.
