James Vincent Boisclair

James Vincent Boisclair, a long-term resident of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, died unexpectedly on November 14th, 2021 at the age of 69. He was soon to turn 70 on December 15th, 2021. James is survived by his daughters; Carrie Bergenstock of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, and Candice Caswell of Dyer Brook, Maine. His grandchildren, Christopher and Leana Caswell of Dyerbrook Maine, as well as Brey, Lena, Ayla and Emmy Bergenstock of North Kingstown, Rhode Island. His siblings; Marie “Rita” (Boisclair) Ford, Dennis Boisclair, Anita Boisclair, Arthur Boisclair, George Boisclair, and Gloria (Boisclair) Fanning. He is predeceased by his parents; Leo and Angelina (DiOrio) Boisclair. Also, by his brothers, Leo “Sonny” Boisclair, Silva Boisclair, and his sister, Rosemary (Boisclair) Angrisani. James was born in South Kingstown, Rhode Island where he grew up working for his family’s business, L & M Construction, as an excavator. Later in life, he worked for Warren Pumps, as well as South County Sand and Gravel. He was described as a hardworking man who could always get the job done. In April of 1984, and June of 1986, he welcomed his two daughters who redefined his very being. When asked to describe James, his sister and others quickly stated that he was kind, helpful, and thoughtful- but will be remembered most as a loving and devoted father and grandfather. Visitation will begin on November 20th at 9:30 am at Avery Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street in Wakefield, Rhode Island. A service will begin at 10am, followed by a graveside prayer shortly after at St. Francis Cemetery, South Kingstown.
