JORDAN HELEN M. , 92, formerly of Peace Dale House and the Village at Wordens Pond, died Monday, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald A. Jordan. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Michael J. and Ellen (Sullivan) Farrell. Mrs. Jordan was a supervisor for the State of Rhode Island at the Zambarano Hospital for many years, before retiring. She is survived by three daughters and their husbands, Joyce and Dieter Montag of Australia, Janice and Anthony Giachelli of Smithfield, and Helen and Richard Thompson of North Smithfield; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late James Farrell, Edward Farrell, Joseph Farrell, Irene Harrington, William Farrell, Margaret Gorton, Anna Swanson, and Katherine Neville. The funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday from the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High Street, Wakefield. Burial will follow in Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours are Thursday 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Beacon Hospice, 1130 Ten Rod Road, Suite C 104, North Kingstown, RI 02852.
