Grace C. Hampton

Grace C. Hampton, 76, of Wandsworth St., Narragansett, died Tuesday at home. She was the wife of the late James A. Hampton. Born in East Greenwich, she was the daughter of the late George and Emma (Williams) Kenyon. Mrs. Hampton was a 1955 graduate of St. Joseph’s College of Nursing. She leaves a son, Thomas W. Hampton and his wife Donna of Narragansett; a granddaughter, Victoria Grace Hampton; sisters, Dorothy Sprague, Phyllis Gelson, Beatrice Merritt, Shirley Manter and a brother, Raymond Kenyon. She was sister of the late, Esther Rollinson, Lillian Walker, Gertrude Kenyon, Florence Coleman, Ethel Northway, Francis, Charles, Albert, Irving and Leslie Kenyon. A private service will be in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
