Gordon W. Perry

Gordon W. Perry, 79, of Knowles Way Extension, Narragansett, passed away Monday, November 18, 2013 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Cynthis (Murphy) Perry for forty years. Mr. Perry worked as a freight loader for Teamsters Union 251 for many years before retiring. He was a former welter weight New England boxing champion. He was the father of Gordon W. Perry, Cheryl Perry -Lewis, Robert I. Perry, Wesley G. Perry, Christina M. Perry, Lisa M. Perry, Jason Perry and Tesa M. Perry. He also leaves many grand and great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, November 25, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, 864 Pt. Judith Rd., Narragansett. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
