Gary George Miller

Gary Miller, 49 of Charlestown, Rhode Island, passed away with his wife by his side, Saturday, May 30, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Diane M. (Culcasi) Miller for 24 years. He was a loving father to Hope Marie and Mary Ellen. Born in Providence, the son of Gary Gordon Miller and Joan (DiMegilo) Jones. Gary served as Lieutenant for the Coventry Police Department for 23 years. Gary enjoyed spending time in the outdoors hiking, fishing, and camping off the grid with his family. He also enjoyed his time at Roy Carpenter’s Beach with family and friends. Above all, Gary’s passion for helping others led him to his proud career as an officer. His funeral service will be held on Friday, June 3, 2022, 11am, at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Visiting hours Thursday, June 2, 2022, 4-7pm. Burial will be private.
