Gail E. Darelius

Gail E. Darelius, “The Farmers Daughter”, 73, of Oakwoods Drive, Wakefield, died Saturday in Palm Coast, Florida. She was the wife of the late Conrad S. “Jake” Darelius. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Richard B.J. and Edith (Saabye) Farmer. Mrs. Darelius was co-owner with her husband of Darelius Real Estate & Insurance Agency for many years. She was the mother of Paula McAuslin of St. Augustine, FL, Jon Darelius and Carl Darelius both of Narragansett and Scott Darelius of Pawtucket; sister of Judith Foley, Stephen and Richard Farmer; grandmother of Ian McAuslin of FL, Sarah Coffman of CA and Bruce Darelius of Pawtucket; and great grandmother of Owen Coffman of CA. A graveside service will be held Friday at 11:00 AM in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Rt. 2, Exeter. Visiting hours Thursday 6-8 PM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield.
