G. Raymond Clark

Ray Clark, Jr., 59, of Wakefield, passed away Wednesday October 7th. He was the beloved husband of Mary (Quinn) Clark for 29 years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late George R., Sr. and Joan l. (Marshall) Clark. Mr. Clark was a Master Carpenter with incredible talent. He enjoyed all types of fishing, whether he was in his kayak, on a pond, or in the ocean. He was a member of the RI Saltwater Anglers Association. He served honorably in the United Sates Army, where he was an Airborne Ranger. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son Adam Clark of North Kingstown; three sisters Christine Aubin of Hope Valley, Diane Burdick of West Greenwich, and Wendy Clark of Coventry; 5 nephews and a niece Matthew, Joshua, Jayden, Lukas, Erin, and Connor; and his beloved dog Ziggy. Visiting hours will be at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, Monday 4-7 pm. Burial with military honors will be private in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
