G. Marie Jones

G. Marie Jones, 86, of South Kingstown passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2023. Born in Campton, NH, she was the daughter of the late Willis and Gertrude Merrill. Marie was the loving and cherished wife of Robert G. Jones.

In her earlier life, she graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Marie was known for being a great mother and wife. She enjoyed gardening and was an animal lover, especially birds.

Besides her husband, Marie leaves behind her children, Sharon Marie Redding of Clermont, FL, Diane Elaine Jones of Northampton, MA, and Randolph Gerald Jones of Boston, MA. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Taylor Marie Redding and Matthew Edward Redding.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 7th at 10 am at Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield, 02879. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, March 7th from 9 am to 10 am at Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield, 02879.
