Frederick M Blunt

Frederick M. Blunt, 93, of Wright Ave, Wakefield, died Friday. He was the husband of the late Lois (Weeden) Blunt. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Harry and Olivia Blunt. Fred was a WW II US Army Veteran. He was a machinist for many years at Warren Pump before retiring. After retirement he worked for SmithCo and South County Orthopedics. He was a member of the Wakefield Baptist Church. He leaves his son Mahlon M. Blunt and his wife Cynthia; granddaughter, Jennifer Blunt; great grandchildren, Alexander Blunt, Elizabeth and Alyssa Pennoyer. The funeral will be held Tuesday at 10:00 AM in the Wakefield Baptist Church, 236 Main Street. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Wakefield.
