Frank S. Shottek, 64, of Richmond, passed away unexpectedly on Monday. He is survived by Jane Shottek of Charlestown; and two children, Kelsey Shottek of Charlestown and Corey Shottek of Johnston. A funeral service will be held at 11 am Friday at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Apple Blossom Family Fund, c/o The Cove Center, 610 Manton Avenue, Providence, RI 02909.
