Francis E. Fenner
August 14, 1933 — February 2, 2024
Francis E. Fenner, 90, of Charlestown, passed away Friday, February 2, 2024 at home surrounded by his family. Born in Westerly, he was the son of the late Milton A. Fenner, Sr. and Mildred A. (Smith) Fenner. He was the life partner of the late Louisa M. Whitney.
Francis is survived by his nieces Wendy Fenner Aubin, Tia Fenner and a nephew, Kerry Fenner. He is also survived by many more nieces, nephews, stepchildren, step grandchildren, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Georgeanna F. Kinnear, Milton “Milt” Fenner, Jr., Daniel D. Fenner and Peter L. Fenner.
A graveside service will be held for Francis on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 10 AM in the White Brook Cemetery, Pine Hill Road, Richmond.
