Evelyn D. Nordlund

Evelyn D. (Egbert) Nordlund, 95, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2015. She was the wife of the late Clifford H. Nordlund. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Martha (Bete) Egbert. Mrs. Nordlund was a secretary for the Nassau County Medical Center, NY for twelve years before retiring in 1980. She leaves her daughters, Linda Nordlund of Charlestown, Lois Tausek and Lauren Gerber both of Long Island; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The funeral will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Burial will be in New Fernwood Cemetery, Kingston.
